
We offer free shipping on all orders over $300 AUD within Australia, with free shipping to New Zealand on orders over $350 NZD.
All orders are shipped from our head office in Sydney, Australia using Australia Post.
Orders placed Monday through Friday have a processing time of up to 2 business days. During busy periods, promotional events and sales there may be delays on the dispatch of your order.
Orders placed on Friday or over the weekend will be processed from the following Monday.

PRE-ORDERS
Items available for pre-order will be indicated on the product page with the anticipated shipping date. Please note, once your order is placed, the full payment will be captured up front. If you wish to cancel your order before the shipping date, you may do so by contacting us at hello@thehaze.com.au.
If your order contains pre-order items and available items, please note that your order will be shipped once the pre-order item/s are ready to ship.
We are not able to split orders and ship available items first. If you wish to purchase pre-order items and available items together, we recommend placing a separate order for each.
Please note, if you wish to return a pre-order item for a refund or store credit, you will have 7 days from the date received to request your return. Lodge your return here.
TRACKING YOUR ORDER
You can track your order via our shipping confirmation email that is sent once your order has been dispatched. If you do not receive your tracking details, please contact us at hello@thehaze.com.au.
NEW ZEALAND SHIPPING
We ship orders to New Zealand using Australia Post. Import duties and taxes not included and may apply to orders over $1000 NZD, payable upon delivery.
CHANGING OR CANCELLING AN ORDER
If you have noticed a mistake in delivery address or need to cancel your order please contact us straight away by emailing hello@thehaze.com.au. We unfortunately cannot make any changes or cancel your order once it has been processed by our team, however we will do our best to assist if there has been a mistake.
POSSIBLE DELAYS
We do our best to ensure the timely delivery of all orders, please bear in mind that we are only provided with an estimated delivery date from our carriers. On a rare occasion, your order can arrive outside of the estimated timeframe. For rural areas across Australia there may be further delays to our delivery timeframes.
